Today i want to share with you one of my favorite recipes for lunch. this recipe is super easy but also super healthy and yummy!
- Two ripe Avocados
- One red Bell pepper
- Some cherry tomatoes
- Some arugula
- Greeks cheese
- Oil (i use coconut oil because its healthy)
Slice your avocado in half, lengthwise and remove the pit. scoop out the avocado flesh and put it in the bowl (Like on the pictures above) add some peper and salt if you like. make a purée with the blender. Cut the Bell pepper in 4 pieces, add half tea spoon oil in a frying pan and bake the bell pepper for 5 minutes. cut the cheese and tomatoes in pieces and toast your bread.
